We have a 15-days return policy and you can easily return an item purchased. Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed.
PayPal and Bank Transfer options are available for you. We are working on including more choices to give you ease with payments.
The parcels are shipped and delivered to you via POSTNL In some countries, POSTNL works with a local courier to get your parcel to you. If the shipment can fit through a standard mailbox opening, delivery will be via regular mail.
We try our best to ship your order within a maximum of 3 working days from the date you place your order.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed. We have a 15-day return policy and you can easily return an item purchased.
When you have decided to return the product we suggest you
- First, write to us at email@example.com mentioning your ORDER NUMBER and the reason you are returning a specific item within 15 days of purchase. We will approve the return under acceptable circumstances.
- Return the item in the original packaging or at least a similar one suitable for shipping.
- The item should not be used or damaged.
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be checked, and the refund will be processed within 4 working days.
- Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used to pay for the original order.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the shipping cost paid at the time of purchase. The cost for returning the product is NOT refunded.
Delivery time is country specific.
